William Lovell is an Arizona-based performer currently homeschooled for his senior year of high school. He is also planning to graduate high school with his associate's degree from Mesa Community College. He has been singing, dancing, acting, and performing since the age of 8 and was in love at first sight. He is very well trained and is a delight to work with!
William started singing when he took Let's Play Music class as a child, and has not stopped since. He went on to take lessons from Corrine Walker, and has now been taking lessons from Nichole Jensen for almost 4 years. During this time he has competed in NATS NSA multiple times and has been a National Semifinalist in 5 categories over 3 years. For 2 of those years he advanced to be a Finalist in a total of 3 categories, where he places 3rd in Musical Theatre and Classical, as well as 2nd in Classical the following year.
William may have been a little late to the dancing game, but that doesn't mean he's still behind. He started taking dance classes at around age 12 from Studio 3 Performing Arts. He took multiple classes ranging from jazz to tap dance. He soon after realized that he could take dance classes at his local community college, so he transferred all his dancing to there. William is now more fluent in the styles of ballet, jazz and even some Pilates to work on flexibility and movement.
Since the age of 8 William has loved performing. In his first ever show he played Fake Santa Claus in Elf Jr. at Act One Youth Theater. After this, he was in numerous shows across Arizona. His favorite of these performance opportunities include Portraying Patrick Starr in Valley Youth Theatre's production of SpongeBob the Musical, playing Horton the Elephant in Valley Youth Theatre's production of Seussical the Musical, and being Ensemble in The Hale Center Theatre's production of The Unsinkable Molly Brown.
